Job Summary:
We have a great opportunity for a Senior Captain to join our beautifully themed Pool Bar and Amalfi. The successful applicant will play an important role in assisting the Service Manager to deliver consistent and quality service to our guests.
The Senior Captain will look to inspire colleagues every day to ensure that the quality of service for which Shangri-La is known and loved is upheld.
Requirements:

5. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
6. Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.

Responsibilities:
1. Interact with clients to understand their needs.
2. Guide guests through A la carte and buffet options.
3. Efficiently fulfill guest orders.
4. Maintain excellent service standards with colleagues.
5. Communicate guest requests to culinary and service teams.
6. Address guest queries/complaints and collaborate with colleagues/Service Manager to resolve issues.
