- As a Business Development/Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the UAE market.
- The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in business development, with extensive local experience in the UAE working with a Home Care company.
- You will be responsible for building and leveraging a wide network within hospitals, clinics, and hotels to drive sales and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and hotels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare and hospitality sectors.
- Conduct market research to help you stay informed and reaching new clients.
- Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Home Care Business Development/Sales Executive in the UAE.
- A wide network within the healthcare and/ or hospitality sectors is essential.
- Strong understanding of the local market and business environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (when necessary).
