Natural Healing Medical Center in Dubai is composed of professional and multinational healthcare providers who are experts in the field of integrative medicine (TCM) and treatment since 2005 . We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who can manage front desk operations and optimize patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.

Hiring Female Medical Receptionist:

- Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Keep a clean and calm reception area.






- Schedule appointments and keep those appointments on time.
- Notify providers of patient arrivals.
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
- Provide polite and excellent customer service.

Experience:

- 2 years UAE experience in the health industry.
