Vacancy: Property Manager at Real Estate Agency - Dubai
IMEX REAL ESTATE DUBAI invites new employees to the team. The company has been in the UAE market since 1999 and is the promotional trustee of the Dubai Land Department. We are a full cycle agency that handles buying, selling, renting, and property management. In our company, each employee is unique and directly affects the processes. Responsibilities:
1. Work in Word and Excel;
2. Handle calls and correspondence;
3. Respond quickly to clients on property management issues;
4. Maintain a list of repair companies;
5.
Organize minor repairs remotely or on-site;
6. Coordinate eviction and settlement of tenants according to instructions;
7. Liaise with tenants and owners of properties managed by the company;
8. Present documentation on the cost of repairs to the accounting department.
Skills:
1. Knowledge of Russian (native) and English (minimum B1);
2. Knowledge of document management processes, including signing and drafting contracts;
3. Mobility and a driving license (desirable).

- Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday).
