Job Summary:
We have a great opportunity for a talented Bar Captain to join the team in our All Day Dining restaurant, Sofra BLD. The successful applicant will have a passion for their work and a personality that will make our guests feel both welcomed and cared for.
As a senior member of the team, guests will look to you to guide them through their choice of beverage based on their taste and preference.
Requirements:
1. A passion for bartending.
2. Desire to always deliver a five-star experience.
3. Great understanding of beverages.
4. Ability to lead and inspire others.
5. Efficiency and punctuality.
6. A warm and friendly character.
7. Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.
8. Lives and breathes the Shangri-La Values.
Responsibilities:
1. Interact with clients to understand their needs.
2. Efficiently fulfill guest orders.
3. Maintain high service standards with the Sofra BLD team.
4. Assist other Shangri-La departments as needed.
5. Help guests and colleagues select suitable drink options.
6. Ensure cleanliness and order in the restaurant and surrounding areas.
7.
Address client queries/complaints and collaborate on solutions with colleagues/Service Manager.
