Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute media buying campaigns on Social media platforms & Google based on Business objectives.
2. Set up and optimize campaigns at Advanced Levels.
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
5. Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix and results.
6. Ensure ads,
communication and creative are impactful for results.
7. Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
1. Proven 3+ years of experience in running successful performance marketing campaigns across Social Media and Google Text Ads campaigns.
2. Candidates should have Digital Marketing experience with a focus on Real Estate and be able to run successful Lead Generation campaigns.
3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media, GDN, and display advertising campaigns.
4. Experience in designing digital strategies that support business objectives and overcome challenges. Ability to prepare technical reports and deliver results that provide ROI.
