About You
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead our marketing efforts in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing communication channels, and driving brand awareness.
Major Responsibilities
1. Utilising social media, SEO, data analytics, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
2. Planning, executing, and tracking marketing activities across various platforms.
3. Writing and proofreading creative content.
4. Collaborating with creative and media agencies and vendors.
5. Managing social media content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,
Facebook, and YouTube.
6. Monitoring and improving online communications and website content.
7. Championing the brand and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
8. Achieving performance goals and marketing objectives set by the Managing Director.
9. Supporting on-site photo and video shoots, podcast filming, and content creation for social media.
10. Measuring digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
11. Providing creative ideas for content marketing and updating the company website.
12. Ensuring photographic consent and protecting the company's intellectual property.
13. Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
14. Ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels.
15. Collaborating with graphic designers and content creators for engaging content.
16. Defining guidelines for digital presence, including website and social media profiles.
17.
Providing regular updates and reports on marketing performance to the Managing Director.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proficient in Digital Marketing Platforms, SEO/SEM, and Content Management Systems. 3+ years of online and offline marketing experience. Automotive and fashion enthusiast. Top-notch verbal and written communication skills. Experience in marketing data analytics and digital marketing strategies. Commercial awareness with a creative mind. Background in content creation and social media management. Innovative and up-to-date with social media trends.
Proficient in marketing software and applications. Experience in the automotive and fashion industries in the UAE/Middle East.
