**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Present and promote digital marketing solutions, including SEO, social media management, and paid advertising.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Arabic language is mandatory
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
