**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, address concerns, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and training programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace morale.
- Administer employee benefits and handle related inquiries.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
