We are seeking a dynamic and driven Female Fit-Out Sales Executive to join our sales team in Dubai. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our fit-out and interior design services to prospective clients across the region.
**Responsibilities**:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Dubai market and beyond.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
Actively promote our fit-out and interior design services to prospective clients through effective sales presentations, meetings, and networking events.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs and preferences of clients.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts in a professional and timely manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the fit-out, interior design, or construction industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the Dubai real estate and construction sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic Russian is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 + commotion per month
