**Job Title**: Part-Time Female Administrative Assistant (Weekends)

**Hours**: Saturdays and Sundays, 12:30 PM to 6:00/6:30 PM

**Job Type**: Temporary/Part-Time (Potential for extension based on mutual understanding)

**Description**:
We're seeking a reliable and organized female administrative assistant to provide support on Saturdays and Sundays. This dynamic part-time role is perfect for someone seeking a flexible schedule and the opportunity to contribute to our team's success.

**Responsibilities**:







- Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages
- Greeting visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Maintaining office organization, including filing and managing supplies
- Assisting with data entry and basic document preparation
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, and professional demeanor

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
