**Position: Marketing Executive - Fashion Design Company**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Generate new client leads**:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Proactively engage in networking activities to establish valuable connections within the fashion industry.
- Generate lead sheets for pre-approval, strategically focusing on the MENA region.
- Conduct B2B customer lead generation with established brands across multiple sectors, offering bespoke apparel solutions for employees, events, and promotions.
- Our clientele is exclusively B2B; we target companies, not individuals.
Our focus sectors encompass Fashion Brands, Travel and Tourism, Aviation, Events,
Education, Transportation, Hospitality, Finance, Production, Entertainment, Construction, Healthcare, Transport, Food Industry, Banking.
**Fashion Background**:
- Utilize a comprehensive understanding of fashion trends, styles, and industry dynamics to effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our products to clients.
- Stay abreast of the latest fashion developments to provide informed and relevant insights to potential clients.
**Sales Background**:
- Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with our product offerings.
**UAE Experience**:
- Leverage previous experience working in the UAE market to navigate cultural nuances and capitalize on regional business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Dubai fashion scene.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their unique requirements.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and aesthetics of our fashion design company.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including design and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a background in the fashion industry.
- Achieve a minimum target of 10 meetings per month for a period of 6 months.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and meeting sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion trends and styles.
- Previous experience working in the UAE market is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
**Salary**: Salary + Commissions
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Fashion Marketing: 1 year (required)
