Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Telesales Representative to enhance our sales initiatives. Your primary responsibility will involve initiating outbound calls, engaging with prospective customers, and converting leads into successful sales. An integral aspect of this role is the cultivation and upkeep of robust customer relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Keep a record of customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by spotting and going after sales chances.
- Work with the sales team to come up with successful strategies for getting leads and closing deals.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication.
**Requirements**:
- Previous telesales or similar experience is a plus.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Motivated and positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
