**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of Immigration Consultants. Your primary responsibilities include:

- **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire a team of Immigration Consultants, setting targets, and providing guidance to achieve sales goals.
- **Sales Strategy**:





Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about immigration trends, policies, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the performance of the sales team, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- **Training and Development**: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, ensuring consultants are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales skills.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to align strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management,





preferably in the immigration or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of immigration processes and policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Immigration Sales Manager: 1 year (preferred)
