Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing strategies.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

3. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the PRO services and business setup industry.

4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to effectively position our services and differentiate them from competitors.

5. Proposal Preparation:





Prepare customized proposals and presentations to showcase our services and address client requirements effectively.

6. Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close deals successfully.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including operations, legal, and finance to ensure seamless execution of client projects and delivery of exceptional service.

8. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software, and provide regular reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the PRO services or business setup industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.






- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local business regulations and procedures is a plus.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
