**REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Strong personality with good communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Fluent in English (Read, Write & Speak).
Face-to-face meetings to identify and engage prospective new clients.
Generate and manage lists of available properties.
Guide and assist sellers and buyers for the right price under the best terms.
Good negotiation skill between buyers and sellers.






Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
Conducting viewings and follow up.
Sales and Leasing Experience
Familiar with RERA rules and regulation.
Required Car & driving license

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Graduate / Under Graduate
Minimum 1 Year Experience in Real Estate Industry in UAE.
