**URGENTLY HIRING REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT**
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially off-plan projects.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or brokerage
- Strong understanding of RERA rules and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Graduation qualification
- Own visa (preferred)
- Fluent in English (required)
- UAE driver's license and own car (added benefit)
- RERA card is a plus
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
