**Position: MEP Draftsman**
**Job Summary**:
An MEP Draftsman specializes in creating detailed drawings and plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in buildings. They work with engineers and project managers to ensure that MEP systems are designed accurately and efficiently, following all relevant codes and standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare detailed MEP drawings and plans using CAD software.
Collaborate with MEP engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.
Create detailed layouts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project changes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes,
and regulations.
Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, structural) to ensure integration of MEP systems.
Conduct site visits and surveys to collect necessary data for designs.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
**Qualifications**:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and engineering principles.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
**Experience**:
Previous experience as an MEP Draftsman or in a similar role is preferred.
Experience with complex building projects and MEP coordination is a plus.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
