Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce credit card and personal loan products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate information, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the sales manager.
- Follow up with leads and prospects generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or other channels.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of credit card products, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities,





and follow-up actions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify potential opportunities for sales growth.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while performing job duties.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills to overcome customer hesitations and objections.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business,





marketing, or a related field is a plus.
