**Immigration Consultant/ Sales**
We are looking for an enthusiastic Immigration Consultant/ Sales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company.
You will be responsible for closing sales deals maintaining good customer relationships.
**Job Position: Immigration Consultant/Sales representative**
**Qualifications**:
- Ready to join us on an immediate basis,
- Must have knowledge on visa processing bound to countries such as Canada, US, Europe, UK.
- Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be comfortable presenting services over the phone/ in person as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- Willing to “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
- Having an experience as an immigration consultant is an advantage, preferably with expertise on the details how to relocate individuals from one country to another.
- Solution-oriented approach to fulfilling duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about your products and recommend the immigration solutions.
- Close sales and achieve targets as per company’s requirement within the given deadline.
- Guide potential clients through all procedures.
- Primary goal is to convert leads into actual sales by effectively communicating with client
- Source and work customer referrals.

- **TEAM LEADER**
**Qualifications**:
- Should have the capacity to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goal and individual targets.
- Must have the potential to create sales strategy development.
- Ready to join us on an immediate basis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Meet and where possible exceed all company and individual financial targets.
- Sales team leaders must continue to develop knowledge of the products and services being offered.
- Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team members to achieve team target.
- Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives for the benefit of the company.
- Collating errors made by team, report these to the manager for further actions and escalations.
- Authorise and manage team's attendance performance.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and encourage staff to up-sell products and services
