**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various means such as outbound calling, follow up on inbound leads, networking, and referrals
- Showcase properties to potential buyers/investors
- Provide in depth education on current and future market state
- Manage the sales process from qualification to close
- Perform in a target-driven sales environment, build pipeline and close deals
- Build consistent relationships with clients to cross-sell and upsell, along with referral business
- Continue to upskill on market trends
- Constantly thinking of ideas to obtain more listings
- Attend to inquires efficiently and professionally to maintain top quality customer service.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in Dubai property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to speak English fluently, additional languages a plus
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-starter, go-getter and performance-driven attitude throughout.
- Extensive knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Ability to work independently and sell effectively.
- Driving Licence required
- 1 years’ experience required
- RERA agent required
- Ability to have fun
