**We are looking for confident individuals with excellent skills, willing to work as a Secondary Agent, Off-Plan Agent, & Leasing Agent.**

**SECONDARY AGENT**

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Complete knowledge in Profolio, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut portals, etc.
- Exceptional knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends, laws, and regulations.
- Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers.






- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met

Excellent communication skills in English
- Sufficient work knowledge in MS Office
- Well-organized and detail-oriented

**OFF-PLAN AGENT**

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Acquisition and Management
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- Brokerage and Real Estate knowledge and experience
- Customer service and Sales skills
- Off Plan Real Property knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team






- Strong organization and time management skills

**LEASING AGENT**

**Responsibilities**:

- Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai.
- Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels.
- Should have leasing experience.
- Proven working experience as a leasing agent
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Should have skills of handling and recording leads for future reference and reporting.
- Should have depth knowledge of leasing
- Complete knowledge in Profolio, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut portals, etc.
- Exceptional knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends, laws, and regulations.
