**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Account Management**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fashion industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Present and promote company services and designs to current and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client activities, and market insights.
- **Fashion Design**:
- Create innovative and trend-setting fashion designs aligned with client needs and market trends.
- Develop sketches, patterns, and prototypes for new collections.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into design concepts.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fashion design and sales/account management within the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of fashion industry trends and dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma (required)
**Experience**:
- Fashion Design: 1 year (preferred)
