Job Description
Overseeing the operation that focuses on the Amazon Logistics operation. Support your team in daily management of the station, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and excellent organizational skills. Being obsessed by metrics and diving deep to find root causes quickly, to drive improvements. Finds practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality. Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving, and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences.
Provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback.
Continuously utilize software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations. Ensure associates have proper tools to perform the job and coordinate repair or replacement when needed. Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Overseeing the operation that focuses on the delivery of Amazon orders direct to customers.
2. Support your team of Operations Supervisors and the operations leadership team in daily management of the delivery station, including:
1. Allocating labor
2. Leading meetings
3. Assigning job duties
4. Communicating with internal and external suppliers, including agency management representatives and their drivers.
- Working to KPIs such as Delivery On Time, First Time Delivery Success and Enhancing Customer Service.
- Thinking analytically about project management with attention to detail, the ability to influence others and exceptional organizational skills.
- Using metrics and diving deep to find root causes quickly, to drive improvements.
- Finding practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.
- Providing day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gathering feedback.
- Mapping business requirements, understanding business processes, studying and analyzing workflows, and designing solutions.
- Continuously utilizing software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring associates have proper tools to perform the job and coordinating repair or replacement when needed.
- Communicating daily metrics and reporting exceptions.

Basic Qualifications
1. 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
2.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
3. Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
4. Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
