Responsibilities:
1. Actively and comprehensively leading the sales process of travel and tour products and services including:
- Preparation and execution of sales strategy and plans.
- Acquiring, managing, and expanding the client portfolio.
- Preparing and negotiating cooperation terms.
- Regular reporting on activities, sales, and plan execution.
- Establishing contacts and building relationships with existing and potential customers, including:
- Providing ongoing customer service.
- Assisting in resolving customer issues.
What are we looking for:
- Strong sales experience, preferably in a managerial position.
- Solid knowledge of the research, media, or digital industry.
- Proficiency in both English and their mother tongue.
- Ability to independently draft plans and execute them.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Independence in decision-making and goal-oriented mindset.
- High interpersonal skills and self-confidence.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures to assist sales management in particular selling circumstances as the need arises.
- Negotiate, draw up formal contracts, and close the sales & partnership agreements.
- Consult with new advertisers on the benefits and opportunities of working with travel audience directly and via RTB Private Marketplaces.
- Track pipeline, develop and communicate accurate forecasts of sales to the management team.
- Draw up formal offers and contracts (manage product mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed aims).
- Keep the Salesforce database up to date and work closely with the Ad Operations team to have 100% accurate information at all times.
- Participate in industry trade events.
