Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement a comprehensive global recognition strategy aligned with company values and goals and lead a team of recognition specialists, driving innovation and performance.
2. Develop a robust framework to support the overall strategy. Manage large-scale, global programmes ensuring structured delivery and governance.
3. Manage a centralised recognition programme budget, ensuring efficient resourcing of rewards.
4. Partner with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to enhance awareness and participation in the recognition programmes.
5. Lead and design corporate events focused on employee recognition with key stakeholders, covering NAJM, IdeasHub, Long Service Awards, Chairman’s Award,
Excellence Awards and Sports Clubs.
6. Use technology and data analytics to measure the effectiveness of recognition programmes and identify areas for improvement.
7. Build a network of external recognition experts to ensure awareness of good practice, current and future trends.
