Position: Document Controller

Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain document control procedures and systems.
2. Receive, track, and distribute documents according to project requirements.
3. Ensure that all documents are accurately labeled, stored, and archived.
4. Monitor document revisions and maintain version control.
5. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely access to relevant documents.
6. Generate reports and summaries as needed.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a document controller or in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
7. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards preferred.
