About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Guest Services Executive to join our Front Office team at a prestigious luxury resort. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting with pre-registration, check-in, check-out activities, and managing extended stay requests.
- Managing group bookings in line with brand standards.
- Answering all incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
- Responding to email inquiries professionally, adhering to standard turnaround times and email etiquette.
- Accurately communicating rates for facilities, products, and services, utilizing suggestive selling techniques to highlight advantages and create value for guests.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all facilities, products, services, associated programs, and reservations within the domain.
- Providing personalized service to guests and frequent travelers while maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Greeting and assisting guests in person or by phone with bookings and inquiries.
- Assisting guests upon arrival or departure, providing orientation to the resort's facilities.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 3 years of experience within the international luxury hospitality industry in Dubai.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus (Russian/Arabic/French/Spanish/Italian/Mandarin).
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
