About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service Executive – Amal Lounge to join Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing check in/check out assistance and assisting in pre-registration activities or extended stay requests.
- Courteously answering all incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering all email queries in a professional manner, following standard turnaround time and email etiquette.
- Accurately and professionally communicating rates associated with facilities, products, and services from respective domains (spa & health club for membership, front office for rooms, experience team for tours),
utilizing suggestive selling techniques, demonstrating advantages, and creating value for our guests.
- Maintaining knowledge in all aspects of facilities, products, and services, associated programs, and reservations for respective domains (Spa, Health Club, Front Office & Experience Team).
- Always maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor while providing personalized service to guests and frequent travelers.
- Greeting and serving guests in person or by phone and assisting them with bookings and inquiries.
- Greeting and serving guests upon arrival or departure, providing orientation to facilities.
- Managing payments via cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Maintaining the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed to anybody.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
- Experience working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone.
- Proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak – Essential).
- Knowledge of an additional language (Desired).
