Being the first point of contact to customers we are looking for someone who can be
- Presentable polite smartly dressed and with positive attitude with a smile on face
- Proactive multitasking
- Can work under pressure
- Have a positive attitude towards clients
- Sharp active and have multiple solutions for any problem
Duties & Responsibilities
- Meeting & greeting customers
- Booking appointments via telephone / online / Whatsapp / chat / social media accounts
- Follow up on appointments
- Providing information to customers about services.
- Prepared for any unforeseen situations and act promptly to resolve the issues
- Cash handling
- Operating POS
- Ensuring Electronic Payments Card payments and online payments are charged accurately and ensuring payments are gone through the system
- Invoicing and billing
- Preparing Documents.

Requirements
- An Arab speaker with good English speaking skills is a must.
- 01 years of experience.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
