- Receive delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders;
- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders;
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing store operations with a specific focus on inventory management.
- Initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular store items whenever the stock level of any item approaches the minimum.
- Responsible for all stock, inventory management, and ensuring material and equipment availability for the maintenance team to carry out smooth operations.






- Collect and deposit the daily sales cash from cashiers and review the reports of credit cards, coupons, cheques, vouchers, and cash deposits.
- Coordinate with the store office drivers and staff.
- Work with vendors to ensure that the company has access to the materials and products it needs.
- Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure while remaining professional with departments.

Required Store Keeper for Spare Parts (BUS) and (Crane) Spare Parts Trading Company located at Ras Al Khor, with 2-4 years of experience in the same field.

- Check the items and match with the delivery note before sending the items to clients.
- Audit the store sales reports and inform about discrepancies.
- Ensure that goods received are as per the required specifications (quality, quantity, expiry date, and hygiene), and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Ability to prepare and keep correct and current medical store records.
- Profound knowledge of warehousing activities, store operations, and inventory management.






- Classify, store , and tag items in the warehouse daily as per shop procedures and items' characteristics, ensuring timely finding and release.
