Personal Assistant to the General Manager
Our client, a multinational organization, is urgently looking for a high profile Personal Assistant who will be based in their office in Dubai. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. General Administration support for Executive Director
2. Book & Provide support for extensive travel
3. Expenses submission & management
4. Proactive Calendar management & room bookings
5. Daily clean out of e-mail & Voicemail
6. First point of contact for phone calls
7. Open and distribute post
8. Help plan & co-ordinate internal events e.g. quarterly kick-offs, BU nights out/ Director offsite’s
9. Administration, Filing etc.
10. Other projects
To be successful,
you should be a diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to Senior Management, preferably with multinational organizations. You should be available 24/7 for emails and phone calls. You should have an excellent command of the English language. You should be a presentable, smart, and hardworking individual.
