Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Teaching Experience: 2 years of teaching experience
- Major: Education
- Required Certificates: Teaching Credential/License
- Education Required: Bachelor
- Work Visa Eligibility: United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK), Canada, South Africa, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
Additional School Requirements:
- Passionate and caring educators
- Bachelor in Education or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the related field
- Experience of the American curriculum
- A commitment to an extensive enrichment program
- Recent and consistent involvement in extra-curricular activities
- Respect for all members of your school community
- Experience with students for whom English is an additional language
- A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life
- A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services or Police check
Aldar Education is currently seeking high-performing Elementary Classroom Teachers for immediate start. The current vacancy is based in ADNOC School - Abu Dhabi Campus.

Responsibilities:
- Creating a climate for learning that is conducive to outstanding practice
- Identifying clear teaching and learning objectives
- Setting tasks that challenge students and ensure high levels of interest
- Setting appropriate and demanding expectations
- Identifying SEN or very able students and ensuring that their needs are met through differentiation
- Providing clear structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation, and challenge
- Making effective use of assessment for learning
- Maintaining discipline by the school’s ‘Behaviour for Learning Policy’
- Assessing how well learning objectives have been achieved and using them to improve specific aspects of teaching
- Marking students' work at least once every two weeks and setting targets for progress
- Preparing and presenting informative reports to parents
- Keeping subject knowledge up-to-date through CPD and professional reading
- Attending professional development workshops as appropriate
- Undertaking additional duties as required by the Principal or Vice Principal
