Responsibilities : HRMS Maintenance :
HRMS Maintenance :
Update and maintain the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), including entries for new hires, terminations, salary changes, training records, etc.
Salary and Employment Documentation :
Prepare salary transfers, salary certificates, and employment verification letters for the employee population.
Onboarding and Off-boarding :
Assist the HR Manager in the onboarding and off-boarding process, including managing new hire checklists, termination checklists, and new hire orientation.
Recruitment and Selection :
Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment and selection process by coordinating and scheduling interviews and maintaining the interview tracking log.
Monthly HR Reports :
Generate and deliver monthly HR reports related to salary information, training, personal employee data, etc.
Confidential Employee Files :
Maintain confidential employee files.
Health Insurance Administration :
- Assist in the administration of the health insurance plan across the Middle East region.
- Liaise with the health insurance provider, communicate plan changes and updates to employees, and assist employees with health insurance issues or queries.
Annual Leave and Airfare Program :
Coordinate the annual leave and airfare program across the Middle East, including leave approvals and tracking.
Wellness and Community Initiatives :
Coordinate Middle East wellness and community involvement initiatives.
Finance-Related Tasks :
Perform finance-related tasks such as filing and updating the payment register.
PRO Related Activities :
Assist in PRO related activities for various legal entities in the UAE.
Miscellaneous Projects and Administrative Tasks :
Handle miscellaneous projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Experience Requirements :
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, administration, or a related field.
Required Skills :
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
