Job Description
Hospitality & Fleet Management :
- Effective management of end to end Business travel requirements which include air tickets, hotels, visa services and transport arrangements (airport transfers, chauffeur services)
- Ensure timely renewal, operational support and administration of Banks car fleet services with driver
- Related contract renewals and payments for services
- Ensuring compliance to predefined SLAs, policy and procedures whilst ensuring high standards of service
- Strive towards service excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure business operations continuity
- Maintain up to date related MIS and use data analytics to drive change management whilst working towards continuous improvements
- Provide cross functional support as required
- Strategically plan and lead improvement initiatives and projects
Ensure business operations continuity and high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor in Hotel Management & Catering Technology / Airline Diploma
- 5+ years’ rich experience in the hospitality and travel industry sector
- Fluent in English both in reading and writing.
- Good knowledge of MICROSOFT products (Excel, Power Point, Word etc.)
