Job Summary & PurposeHandle the daytoday inventory responsibilities so as to provide support to the inventory team leader and store operations. Receive stocks materials equipment supplies or merchandise and accountable for maintaining records of quantity and value of material stockedKey Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal AccountabilitiesDatabase management of all stocks in the inventoryEnsure proper storage handling of received stocks and ensure merchandise are perfect for selling and report anomaliesCreate GRN for all received merchandise and validate it with LPO and invoiceReview and check the accuracy of suppliers invoicesCreate PRET and LTI document as per merchandising team request and the item found on the floorEnsuring that the Brand Promise product is kept separately and handed over to the Brand Promise OfficerUpdate the purchase return report and send it to Merchandising team on weekly basisEnsure that all display items are authorized by the Store Manager and is reflected on POSManage the HVS activities and ensure that the inventory log book is updatedTo count sort and check incoming merchandise; verifies against requisitions and/or invoicesAssist Inventory Team Leader to compile SNP report and conduct perpetual inventory(PI Counts) in addition to annual stock takingManage and Maintain the Stock RoomCheck staff s grooming/discipline and punctualityAdherence to the checklists and processes (staff discount policy store opening/closing etc)

(Yrs& Field) 23 Yrs of experience in Inventory/Warehouse Management
Educational Qualification Preferably Graduate
Professional Certifications Retail Management Experience of working in ERPMS Excel
Skills & Abilities Customer Focus Result Orientation Team Work Communication Problem Solving
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Minimum 2 years experience in Retail Sales Proven experience in a retail sales role, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Leadership and team management experience is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service. Knowledge of the products or services offered in the store. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS)
systems and other retail software. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment. Organizational skills and attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
