Role Description

This is a full-time role for an EA and Business Development Executive for a well-known Auto Dealership & Workshop located in Dubai.

The EA and Business Development Executive will be responsible for supporting executive-level management by:

1. Managing calendars
2. Coordinating meetings
3. Arranging travel
4. Preparing ad hoc reports or presentations
5. Handling any HR Admin

Additionally, the role will also entail 50% of business development, which includes:

1. Responding to incoming sales queries
2. Assisting in moving them through the sales funnel

Qualifications

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin or in a similar role.
- Experience in business development or sales is a plus.






- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
