The Open World ( https : / / the-open-world.com / ), an immigration services agency headquartered in Dubai with offices across the globe, seeks a multilingual Residency & Citizenship Consultant to join our growing team.
We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented individual with fluency in English and at least ONE of the following languages : Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, Farsi, Spanish, Yoruba, Igbo, etc.
About the Role :
In this exciting role, you will leverage your language skills to connect with international clients seeking residency and citizenship programs worldwide.
The Open World offers a robust lead generation system, but you will also have the opportunity to develop your own network through prospecting.
Our diverse portfolio includes programs in :
- Europe (including Golden Visa in Portugal, Spain, Greece and CBI in Lithuania, Croatia, Romania, Slovakia, etc.)
- North America (including USA and Canada)
- The Caribbean
- And many more!
Responsibilities :
- Build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of global residency and citizenship programs.
- Deliver compelling presentations tailored to specific client needs and cultural preferences.
- Manage and follow up on leads to close deals.
- Assist clients throughout the application process.
- Contribute to and manage social media marketing efforts (platforms relevant to your target languages).
- Actively attend networking events relevant to your language expertise.
- Travel may be required to various destinations.
We can assist with obtaining residency or a long-term visa in select locations.
Qualifications :
- Proven success in sales, ideally with experience working with high-net-worth clientele.
- Fluency in English and at least ONE of the following languages : Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, or Spanish (additional language fluency a strong plus).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills across cultures.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with social media marketing platforms preferred.

- Competitive commission-based salary with the potential to earn up to 80,000 AED per passport (approximately 500,000 AED in a good month).
