- Highlight your ability to maintain positive relationships with all hotel departments for smooth operations.

Strategic Shift Management and Communication :







- Demonstrate your strategic approach to managing shifts, utilizing house count data, and responding to changes in real-time.
- Emphasize your commitment to effective communication, ensuring relevant information is smoothly handed over during shift transitions.

Quality Awareness and Team Development :

- Illustrate your commitment to promoting quality awareness among front office associates, aiming for continuous improvement in guest satisfaction scores.
- Highlight your involvement in training and developing front desk associates for enhanced performance.

Operational Efficiency and Compliance :

- Showcase your skills in ensuring smooth check-in / check-out processes and handling guest accounts with precision.
