We are now looking for another team member to join us in (PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT) as (PROCESS ENGINEER).

What you'll be doing:
1. Carry out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping.
2. Develop budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility.
3. Identify and facilitate process improvement projects and training/workshops to drive cultural change.
What we'd love for you to have:
1.
Minimum 2 Years Experience as Process Engineer or similar role.
2. Good understanding in Process Improvement Methodologies.
3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
4. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
5. Fully aware of plant processes and techniques.
6. Perform technical analyses of manufacturing and process data.
7. Identify process bottlenecks through time studies and other methods.
8. Apply analysis results to improve processes and meet customer expectations.
9. Identify recommendations to enhance manufacturing capabilities through new ideas and/or methods.
10. Participate in projects and/or assist project sub-teams involved in process and product optimization, innovation, cost reduction, or other related business activities.
11.
Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, execute projects to fulfill department goals and objectives in the areas of cost reduction, productivity gains, process flow, capacity increases, scrap reduction, and process and product enhancements.
12. Maintain process set points and control for the production process.
13. Participate in activities with other Process Engineers and Corporate functions.
14. Review all new product requests and approve them based on plant capabilities.
15. Plan and execute new trials in an efficient manner to enhance cost reduction, productivity gains, process flow, capacity increases, scrap reduction, and process and product enhancements.
