Procurement Strategy and Compliance Manager

- Develop and establish global procurement policies.
- Drive continuous improvement and enhance implementation in category teams as well as regional teams outside of China.
- Identify and initiate optimisation opportunities throughout the whole procurement process, leading change management with cross functional partners including Finance, Legal and Internal Audit.
- Enhance implementation of policies with system upgrades and trainings.
- Review and provide guidance on process compliance of different procurement categories and overseas regions.
- Regularly monitor the execution of procurement processes, set compliance/risk KPIs to the sourcing teams and report deviations from the policy,





followed with actions to improve process compliance ratio worldwide.
- Support auditing projects and own remediation plans for any critical findings in line with the internal audit team.
- Improve the procurement capacity and efficiency level, including setting up local procurement policy and process according to the local business characteristics of each region/country, with local functional partners.
