About Us :
Rorganics is the exclusive distributor of a premium tea imported directly from the lush tea gardens of Sri Lanka. With a strong foothold in the wholesale market, we are now expanding our presence into the retail sector.
We are passionate about delivering the finest tea experience to our customers and are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail operations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement retail sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the opening and management of retail stores, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and motivation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective retail marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the premium food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies.
- A passion for premium tea and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- UAE driving license is a must.
- Availability to travel as needed.
