Job Description

BK Gulf is looking to recruit experienced Civil Foreman to work in Estimation Department ( Building Projects ),this is across Residential / Villas and Retail Sectors.
Project are valued between AED 300m to 800m.
Duties
We require experienced Civil Foreman, who have on similar valued Projects, for a Tier 1 / Tier 2 Main Contractors. Duties will include :
- To assist the Supervisor in controlling site operatives.
- To carry out close control of groups of operatives within his specialty (Mechanical, Electrical etc.).
- Be able to read construction drawings and carry out installation works accordingly.
- Keep records of 'As built' installations and forward the same to the Supervisors.
- Report to supervisors about any co-ordination problems between installed services as and when they arise.
- Be able to produce site sketches required for installation.
- Be able to train, develop and motivate operatives working under him.
- Report to his superiors about operatives needs and requirements.
- Record operatives time allocation and forward these to the Time Keeper.
- Forecast site operations needs to supervisors (i.e. material, transport etc.).
- Ensure understanding and implementing the QA / QC Organizational / Procedures and Standards.
- Ensure compliance with Safety requirements for operatives working under him.
- Other duties and responsibilities as allocated.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MOFA attested Diploma is advantage.
- At least 3 years experience working as Civil Foreman from tier 1 main contractor construction company.
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
