1. Identify and target potential clients in need of bus transportation services.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and foster client loyalty.
4. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
6. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of bus transportation services
7.
Address any operational issues or customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Implement operational improvements and efficiency measures to optimize service delivery and reduce costs.
9. Updated knowledge of various Government regulations related to school transportation and other sectors transportation.
10. Collaborate with clients to understand their transportation needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
11. Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to review service performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for service enhancements.
12. Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded consistently.
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
