Job Description:
We are currently seeking a resourceful and dependable Admin Assistant to join our team, someone who will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the office environment.
**Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer telephone calls and provide assistance to the tenants.
Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring organization and accessibility.
Handle office supplies inventory, ordering, and restocking.
Assist on leasing formalities and prepare invoices and receipts.
Perform basic clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
