- Provide accurate and timely quotes for automotive services based on customer requirements.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of automotive services, including repairs, maintenance, and parts.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate services and products based on their needs and budget.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Generate leads and new business opportunities through proactive outreach and effective communication.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, inquiries, and service history using CRM software or other systems.






- Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate and competitive quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure smooth and efficient scheduling of customer appointments.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new automotive products, and services to provide relevant information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner, aiming for customer retention and loyalty.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and professional workspace, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance automotive knowledge and customer service skills.

- Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in a customer service within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of automotive services, repairs, and parts is essential.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize,





and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Excel, CRM Software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism
- Minimum 2-3 years UAE Experience
