Al Pheniq Seven LLC is urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team immediately.

As an Operations Coordinator is responsible to carrying out Fire Maintenance Divisions Day to day smooth operation and strategy, ensuring appropriate staffing, management, planning, and workflow in office and on their team/department.

**Job Descriptions**
- Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals.
- Collecting service reports from site team & prepare quotations, follow up for approval & also follow up for all processes (LPO, SO, MR, Supplier LPO, Work Completion Report & Invoicing)
- Responding to the client calls.






- Assisting manager with all the day to day assignments / tasks / E-mails ect...
- Addressing client complaints with the team.
- Arranging meetings and maintaining MOM and follow-ups.
- Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made.
- Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations.
- Delivering reports to department heads, management teams, and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization.
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, following up material orders & delivery
- Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
- Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and highlighting the issues to the management.
- Planning and organizing conferences, events,





staff training, and employee engagement activities.
- Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
- Following up with Engineers for timely completion of PPM’s assigned works like fit out works & rectifications.
- Submit payment request & bills to accounts for office supplies, repairs, and requirements.
- Coordinate & plan events as necessary.
- Coordinating the proper allocation of human resources.
- Attendance to be follow up from Site Engineers and timely update in ERP
- Visa follow up with the HR Department (New/Renewal/Cancellation)
- Processes administrative paperwork in accordance to departmental policies and procedures.
- Arranging and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.

**Qualifications**:







- Bachelor's degree or diploma.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in fire maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
