Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the Dubai real estate market.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive property sales and rentals.
- Training and Development: Mentor team members, providing training on best practices, negotiation skills, and market knowledge.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance and sales metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including developers, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, with a proven track record in sales and team management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Salary : 6000 Aed -8000 Aed +comm
