Job Description
In this leadership role, you will support the Executive Housekeeper in daily inspections, ensuring that our cleaning exceeds brand standards, and that rooms are released on time. Your exceptional attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality.
You'll supervise the Housekeeping team during shifts, oversee the onboarding of new members, and manage the effective use of cleaning materials and equipment. Additionally, you will monitor and improve productivity, ensuring that our operations run smoothly.
You will also be involved in preparing staff rosters to maintain cost-effective employee levels and will play a vital role in recruitment and training. By coaching and empowering team members, you will help them enhance their skills and stay engaged.

Qualifications
We are looking for an effective motivator,
a skilled trainer, and an expert in efficiency. Your strong attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that every room is spotless, providing guests with a memorable experience.
1. Flexible availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
2. Proven experience in housekeeping operations
3. Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong service mindset
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively with team members at all levels
5. Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, Hub OS, Hot SOS, and Trust You would be beneficial; training will be provided.
