**Responsibilities**
- Recording and summarizing financial transactions.
- Preparing financial statements, reports
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable management.
- Performing month-end close activities.
- Generate and send out invoices to customers.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Reports for tax returns and filings.
- Resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers, internal departments, and sales teams regarding payment related matters.
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
- Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly closing of books of accounts
- preparation of Cash flow statements and updating MIS as required by the Management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Should have experience in import/ export.
- Should have a valid UAE driving license.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge in making packing list and MSDS.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and word
- Experience in Tally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge in UAE VAT
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of accounting and finance.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
